1. Our commitment
Yaso is committed to maintaining a marketplace that does not tolerate child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, trafficking, sextortion, or any content or conduct that endangers a child.
These standards apply to profiles, portfolios, listings, messages, comments, reviews, uploaded media, booking activity and any other use of the Service.
2. Age and account eligibility
The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Children may not independently create or control marketplace accounts. Any permitted participation involving a minor must be managed by a verified parent, legal guardian or authorized organization and must comply with applicable consent, safeguarding and labor requirements.
3. Strictly prohibited activity
Yaso prohibits:
- Child sexual abuse material or any sexualized depiction of a minor.
- Grooming, sexual solicitation, coercion, sextortion or requests for sexual content involving a minor.
- Arranging unsafe or unauthorized contact with a child.
- Trafficking, exploitation, forced labor or commercial sexual exploitation.
- Sharing a child’s personal or precise location information without lawful authority and a legitimate safeguarding purpose.
- Content that normalizes, encourages or instructs child abuse or exploitation.
- Impersonating a parent, guardian, agency or authorized representative.
Users must not upload exploitative material to report it through ordinary support channels. Preserve only the minimum information necessary and contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement authority where a child is in immediate danger.
4. Standards for professionals
Photographers, venues and other professionals working on assignments involving minors should:
- Obtain documented authorization from a parent, guardian or authorized organization.
- Clearly define the purpose, location, duration and permitted use of images.
- Avoid private or unsupervised contact that is not operationally necessary and properly authorized.
- Use appropriate changing, travel, communication and supervision arrangements.
- Respect limitations on publication, portfolio use and data retention.
- Comply with background-check, licensing, employment and safeguarding requirements that apply to the engagement.
5. Reporting a safety concern
Users should report suspected child endangerment, exploitation, grooming or prohibited content immediately through the in-app reporting function where available, or by contacting safety@yaso.com.
Reports should include the relevant account, job, booking or message identifiers and a concise description. Do not download, duplicate or redistribute illegal material.
Immediate danger: Contact local emergency services or the appropriate law-enforcement authority first. Yaso support is not an emergency-response service.
6. Yaso response
Depending on the circumstances and available evidence, Yaso may preserve records, restrict accounts, remove content, disable messaging, cancel marketplace access, investigate linked activity and cooperate with competent authorities.
Yaso may also use technical and human review controls designed to identify high-risk behavior, subject to applicable law and the capabilities actually deployed in the Service.
7. Privacy and images of minors
Users must minimize the personal information collected about minors and limit access to authorized people. Images and related information should be retained only for the agreed purpose and period. Public portfolio use should require clear authorization that describes where and how the content may appear.
See the Privacy Policy for broader information-handling practices.
8. Enforcement
Violations may result in immediate content removal, account restriction or termination, cancellation of bookings, loss of payouts where legally permitted, preservation of evidence and reporting to competent authorities or specialized child-protection organizations.
Retaliation against a person who makes a good-faith safety report is prohibited.
