1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Yaso website, mobile applications, marketplace, content, messaging tools and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing the Service or completing a transaction, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account, unless a different age is expressly permitted by Yaso for a specific market.

  • Provide accurate and current registration information.
  • Protect your login credentials and promptly report unauthorized access.
  • Maintain one account per person or authorized business profile unless Yaso approves otherwise.
  • Accept responsibility for activity completed through your account.

3. Marketplace role

Yaso provides technology that helps customers discover and engage photographers, venues and other creative professionals. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Yaso is not the provider of the services advertised by marketplace participants and is not a party to agreements formed directly between customers and professionals.

Users are responsible for evaluating counterparties, confirming requirements, documenting deliverables and complying with applicable laws, permits, insurance and professional obligations.

4. Listings, bids and bookings

Users must ensure that job posts, profiles, portfolios, availability, bids, pricing and booking information are accurate and not misleading. A booking may become binding when the parties accept the applicable offer and complete any required payment or confirmation step.

  • Professionals control the services they offer, subject to Yaso rules.
  • Customers must provide complete event details and timely access required for delivery.
  • Material scope changes should be documented and agreed before work proceeds.
  • Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are subject to the terms shown during booking and any applicable provider policy.

5. Payments, fees and taxes

Where payments are enabled, Yaso may use third-party payment processors. You authorize the processing of charges, refunds, payouts and platform fees related to your transactions. Users remain responsible for applicable taxes, invoices, withholding requirements and banking information.

Payment timing, service fees, payout conditions and refund rules may be shown separately during checkout or in a provider agreement.

6. User content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit, including profile information, listings, reviews, photographs and portfolio materials. You grant Yaso a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and improve the Service.

You must have all rights and permissions required to upload content, including model, venue, music, trademark and copyright permissions where applicable.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Service to:

  • Commit fraud, impersonate another person or misrepresent qualifications.
  • Upload unlawful, abusive, exploitative, defamatory or infringing content.
  • Harass users, discriminate unlawfully or facilitate unsafe activity.
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt or bypass security controls.
  • Manipulate reviews, bids, payments, referrals or marketplace rankings.
  • Collect or disclose personal information without a valid purpose and authorization.
  • Exploit, endanger or sexualize children in any manner.

8. Third-party services

The Service may link to payment processors, app stores, maps, social platforms or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. Yaso is not responsible for third-party systems outside its reasonable control.

9. Suspension and termination

Yaso may restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate violations, comply with law, manage risk or maintain the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion through the Account Deletion page.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. Yaso does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific marketplace outcomes, the quality of independent professionals or the accuracy of all user-generated information.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yaso and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, reputational harm or disputes between marketplace users. Any aggregate liability will be limited to the amount paid by you to Yaso during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless the law requires a different result.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert governing jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the matter by contacting Yaso.

13. Changes to these terms
